The idea of practicing Kripalu Yoga, as an adjunct to fury management treatment, has promise, but it also has doubters. Those that would prefer to stay as they are have abbreviated their chances at achieving success through any sort of treatment. If we don’t believe in a sort of treatment, there’s not much chance of success.

When hate is out of control, it can turn violent in an instant. Relationships and roles take a rear seat, while hate plays itself out. If it is left unchecked, anger destroys families, friendships, and careers. Through violence, hate leads to crimes of passion.
